On Site Catering

Full-service catering. Whether you are wanting a buffet, plated, or family style service. Stationary or passed appetizers. Casual cocktail party, formal ball or anything in between. We have the experience, knowledge, staffing, and infrastructure to do so.

We pride ourselves on serving fresh, hot food, cooked on site in our 20' mobile kitchen and presented in the most unique eye appealing ways.

We provide the majority of items required to prepare, serve, and cleanup your event. Plates, platters, silverware, glassware and all kitchen needs.

Delivery Service

Looking for a more casual event? Just want a few Items to add to your meal. Want more of a DIY approach? We can help with our delivery service.

Full custom diners or just a couple of items. Our menus are customizable to fit your needs and can be delivered for a fee. We can set up a self-serve buffet with all the necessary cutlery or a simple drop off of prepared dish's that you can add to your spread.

This service may not be available on Saturdays during the summer and fall months.

Beverage Service

We are a State licensed, Insured liquor caterer.

Our professional staff are state certified and experienced in the craft of mixology.

specialty cocktails, craft beers, and unique wines.

Offerings are based upon your needs.

We offer either cash or open bar services.

Packages can be customized to your needs and be either all-inclusive or based off of consumption.

When utilizing our beverage service all glass and or disposable ware is included.

Want to do your own bar service. Not a problem.

We are glad to help with food alone.
